We do the initial visit by our doctor and senior nurse and the quotation is provided. The client shall have our nursing services initiated round the clock within 24-48 hours of services confirmation.

Yes we do. You can contact the customer service directly 24×7, and report your complain. We will conduct a proper investigation and will revert with qualified feedback as soon as possible.

Our licensed nurses are qualified to provide nursing care for patients who decide to travel abroad to seek further treatment. We can also arrange nursing care upon the patient’s arrival to UAE.

Yes, our nurses can provide assistance while the patient is still admitted in the hospital. Our assigned nurses can accompany the patient and family in the hospital upon admission for proper endorsement of care and other necessary healthcare information but they are not allowed to perform their duties for this will cause potential conflict with the hospital’s medical staffs.

We can arrange medical equipment based on the patient’s needs. For short term usage rental option is also available.
